If you have Aviva health insurance...

Nell is a registered Aviva provider; Nell's provider number is 600066845.

This means that if you have Aviva health insurance, they will probably pay some or all of the cost of your physiotherapy or osteopathy treatment.  Hurrah.  However, you do have to jump through a few hoops first.

The first thing you need to do - before attending a treatment session at Victory - is to contact Aviva.  Tell them your problem, and explain the cost.  Sometimes they will expect you to have had a GP recommend physiotherapy for you. 

Once Aviva have agreed to cover the cost of your treatment, they will issue you with a "Confirmation of Cover" letter.  You need to bring this letter to your first session with Victory.

When you attend your treatment session, you also need to ensure that Nell is in possession of:

  • your name and address including postcode
  • your date of birth
  • your Aviva policy number
  • how many sessions Aviva have authorised
  • the amount of any excess you need to pay

This way, we can make sure that we don't have to bill you unnecessarily, and that you get the full benefit of the health insurance that you're paying for!
