If you have BUPA health insurance...

Because physiotherapy sessions at Victory are of 60 minutes' duration, and are therefore more expensive than the average half-hour session, BUPA are currently not willing to cover the cost of treatment at Victory for their members.  They also tell us that they don't offer part-subsidy for treatment sessions. Boo!

We are sorry about this and are working to try to change their minds.  However, as we firmly believe that the extra time you spend with us is worth it, we are not prepared to compromise and offer a lesser service just so that BUPA will pay the fees.

If you are a member of BUPA and feel that they ought to cover the cost of your physiotherapy with Victory, please don't hesitate to tell them so!
