Body Composition
Measuring body composition is a very effective and accurate way of charting your progress through your course of Personal Training: as muscle has greater density than fat, the scales can often make it appear that you are making little headway, whereas the truth may be that you are dropping body fat as you gain muscle (so your clothes will be looking better - hurrah).
Before you start training at The Foundry, you will be asked to book a 30-minute nutritional and body composition assessment, so that you and your trainer can create a baseline measure from which to chart your progress. This is generally done immediately before or after the Victory pre-training musculoskeletal assessment, which is used to help your trainer to tailor your training programme to your precise needs, helping you to avoid injury and maximise the effectiveness of your training.
Please get in touch to book a pre-training Body Composition assessment with one of the Foundry's Personal Trainers.
