Ergonomic assessment
Do you get back pain when you sit down at work?
Assuming you have no major underlying conditions (in which case, may we suggest an appointment with one of our physiotherapists?), there are two things possibly going wrong here. Either you are simply sitting for too long, which leads to disc dehydration and loss of disc height plus strained ligaments and muscles, in which case you need to get up and get moving regularly; and/or your workstation doesn’t fit you properly and needs altering.
Victory has teamed up with ergonomic gurus Back in Action who offer seating assessments to Victory clients. These two-hour assessments are ideally held at one of their four centres, as they stock a wide range of chairs and workstations, but if you really can’t get to them, they will come to your workplace.
They will not only find the best workstation set-up for your needs, but will teach you their patented method of “active sitting” to get the most out of your new chair. The cost of the assessment is redeemable against the price of the equipment you buy.
Why suffer with back pain at work when a change of sitting position may be all you need? Book a seating assessment and find out how Back in Action’s seating specialists can help you.
