Training after an injury
So, you’re no longer injured. Great! But your injury has meant that you’ve had to take a break from your usual training programme, and you’re not feeling fit. So to help you, Victory has teamed up with The Foundry, a fabulous gym and personal training centre between Liverpool St Station and Spitalfields Market. They have a superb team of personal trainers who will be more than happy to help you regain and improve on your previous level of fitness, to take your performance to a whole new dimension.

Even better. Let's keep it that way! We offer pre-training assessments, which will show up any underlying issues that might affect the outcome of your training programme. We recommend that everyone starting a new training regime should get checked out - partly to help your trainer to minimise the risk of injury to you, but also so that you can chart your progress accurately (great for motivation!)
Why should I use Victory and The Foundry?
- Perhaps you’re in a bit of a rut with your training and aren’t sure how to spice up your routine and keep it interesting. The Foundry's personal trainers have a wealth of experience in designing training programmes to keep you interested, motivated - and improving.
- Maybe you want to train for a particular event for which you need to be at the peak of your performance. The Foundry’s personal trainers can help you work out exactly where your strengths and weaknesses are, and devise programmes to improve all aspects of your training, giving you the best chance to put in a great performance on the day.
