About Us
Mission
At Victory, we have two major missions:
Health: We fix people. Got an injury? We’ll offer you the best possible treatment.
Performance: We help people reach their physical and mental peak. When you see us, we’ll help you put a clear plan in place - and then help you to follow it, and achieve your dreams.
Who we are

Victory Health & Performance is a team of expert professionals working together in a range of complementary specialities. The majority of Victory’s team have considerable experience of working in the military sector - either as service personnel or as civilian MOD employees - where the interdisciplinary approach is considered the gold standard, much as it is in the highest levels of elite sport. But most people outside the military or elite sport do not have access to this standard or style of assessment and treatment. Therefore, under the creative directorship of Maj (Retd) Nell Mead, the team has been carefully recruited to bring the highest level of military-style medical rehabilitation to the private sector.
Where we are
Victory is based at The Foundry in Artillery Lane. From the Bishopsgate exit of Liverpool Street Station, cross the main road (Bishopsgate), turn left (north) and then turn right at Snappy Snaps. The Foundry is on the left, opposite the Breakfast Club.
Military connection
At Victory, we are very proud of our military connection. With that comes an awareness that some 600 service personnel who have been badly injured while serving their country are discharged from the armed forces every year on medical grounds. As the MOD is unable to provide these brave individuals with care following the termination of their service, any further care they require following discharge is currently down to the NHS. We feel that this is inadequate compensation for their sacrifice, so Victory is committed to providing ongoing care for medically discharged former service personnel on a not-for-profit basis. We are deeply grateful to Help for Heroes whose support allows us to reduce the cost to these individuals further. If you are a former serviceperson who has been medically discharged from the armed forces and requires help, please contact us to discuss your options.
If you feel, as we do, that it is important to look after our ex-service personnel then please watch this space, as in the future it will be possible to donate to a Victory servicemen's fund which will go towards their treatment.
Why choose us?
At Victory, we like to think there are plenty of reasons to choose us over the competition. Some of these are:
- Interdisciplinary care. The Victory Interdisciplinary Assessment is unique within the private sector. To us, it’s the obvious way of offering the best care: seeing all your clinicians at once ensures the best possible communication. This saves you time, means that you don’t have to repeat yourself when you meet each healthcare professional, makes you likely to achieve results more quickly, and ensures that we and you are always working towards the same goals.
- Welcoming atmosphere. Our aim is to provide you with a friendly and positive environment, a haven in which you can focus purely on reaching your personal goals, forgetting about external worries.
- Serious results. Interdisciplinary care, provided by some of the top healthcare professionals in the UK, is the way forward if you are really serious about achieving fast recovery and optimal performance.
- Control of your recovery. We are committed to offering you an effective and friendly service which empowers you to feel involved and in control of every step of your journey towards optimal health and performance.
- Continuing care. Even when you have reached your goals, we encourage you to keep coming to Victory to make sure you stay at your peak. Our performance packages are designed to keep you performing at your highest level for as long as you need to, and to prevent you from developing avoidable injuries.
- Commitment to the military covenant. We are committed to supporting former service personnel who have been medically discharged from the armed forces.
