Raymond Yong
Following a long career as a martial arts instructor and personal trainer, Raymond graduated from the London School of Osteopathy with a Masters degree in osteopathic medicine. He is a state registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and a full member of the British Osteopathic Association (BOA).
As well as incorporating the various manual therapy techniques at the disposal of any qualified osteopath, Raymond integrates within his treatments a mixture of movement therapy, neurodynamic conditioning and medical acupuncture, in order to achieve the best results for his patients. With over ten years work experience as a personal trainer, Raymond possesses a variety of personal training qualifications including PICP level 1 strength coach, BioSignature modulation practitioner, Performance Stability International Trainer and a Certificate of Sports Injury from Kensington & Chelsea college.
Prior to qualifying as an osteopath, Raymond has had over 20 years of experience teaching, training and competing within the martial arts. Having competed both nationally and internationally in a range of different martial arts, Raymond has won gold medals within a variety of martial arts disciplines including Brazilian Jujitsu, Filipino Stick Fighting and Tae Kwon Do.
Raymond is also a Conditioning and Rehabilitation advisor at Dukes Meadows Tennis Academy in west London, where he is working with some of the country’s most promising Tennis prospects for the next few years to come.
