Sarah Franklin

Sarah is a professionally trained dancer with years of performing experience in Dance, Singing and Acting. The rigorous physical schedule at Performing Arts College coupled with the lack of informed advice available to dance students led her to search for solutions to the numerous postural issues and injuries she and her fellow dancers experienced - a search which would ultimately lead to her becoming a Level 3 qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer.

From then on Sarah has never looked back. In the Fitness Industry is where her passion truly lies.

Sarah is now most likely to be one of the few females found in the free weights area increasing her strength by maxing out on deadlifts and squats, or swinging some kettlebells around.

Sarah understands from her own physical challenges that life can’t simply stop when you pick up an injury; you need to get back into action as soon as humanly possible, and that’s where a holistic approach to Massage Therapy matters. Sarah believes good posture is the key to a pain free life and peak performance whether you are a competitive athlete or a city professional who must fight back the ravages of hours of desk work.

Sarah is known as the ‘Busy Bee’ – demonstrated by completing two diplomas simultaneously and –more recently – being Virgin Active Moorgate’s Fitness Manager by day, and Sports Massage Therapist by night. Sarah is now a full time therapist with Victory, available weekdays and evenings for Sports Massage, aiming to be as flexible as possible and so able to see you when you need her. Weekend appointments are also available on request.
