A really thorough assessment

With the exception of massage and psychology clients, every Victory patient undergoes a 90-minute physiotherapy assessment before we start treatment. To us, it’s the only way to get to the heart of the matter. This thorough examination allows us to look deeply at your problem, investigating potential causes and tailoring your treatment to you. A surgeon would never open you up before you’d been examined and diagnosed, and we approach physiotherapy in exactly the same way. At the end of the assessment, depending on the severity and complexity of your problem, we may recommend packages of one or several types of treatment, such as those listed below. Please bear in mind that these packages are given as a guide – your therapist will talk you through your best options.


After a 90-minute assessment, book a course of 60-minute sessions with one of our trained ISM or Sarah Key Method physiotherapists. Usually recommended in packages of 6, 12 or 18 sessions.


We run regular semi-private sessions of yoga, physio-led Pilates, core training and sports mobility training, with a maximum 4 clients per session. These help to improve your balance, stability and flexibility, and reduce your risk of future injury. Recommended in blocks of 3, 6 or 12 months.


Better balance and movement patterns can help with many aspects of everyday life, from sporting technique, to stress control, to injury recovery and prevention, and to a sense of general wellbeing.  Recommended in packages of 4, 8 or 12 sessions.


60-minute sessions with Dr Victor Thompson. Following an assessment, he will recommend a bespoke package of treatment.


60-minute sessions with one of our sports rehab therapists, who can teach you how to move in order to resolve current injuries and injury-proof you for the future. Usually recommended in packages of 4, 8 or 12 sessions.


Sports massage can help with issues such as muscle soreness after training, lymphatic tension and post-operative swelling. 60 minutes with a Victory massage therapist includes a short consultation, specialist treatment and personalised aftercare. Available as single sessions or a course of 6.
